Melody transitioned from a successful career in the food and beverage industry to pursue her passion for law, driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in her community. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she enrolled in the paralegal studies program at Highline Community College, where she earned an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and was honored with the Legacy Scholar Award in Legal Studies.
While studying, Melody volunteered with the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program and completed an impactful internship with their Survivor Support Program. This experience ignited her enthusiasm for family law, where she found her calling in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. Her empathetic approach and dedication to justice makes her a valuable asset to our clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Melody is an avid traveler who has explored all 50 states and two countries. She enjoys cross-stitching, reading, strengthening her bonds with her adult children, and relaxing at home with her partner and their two dogs.
