Rory Flay

Attorney

Rory D. Flay focuses his practice primarily on family law, specializing in minor guardianships and varying custody arrangements. Previously, Rory has worked in a variety of fields ranging from dependency and termination public defense work in Grays Harbor County to estate planning/probate and adoptions here in Clark County, however his main focus in recent history covers dissolution, committed intimate relationships, parenting plans, and minor guardianships among the vast sea of family law issues. Rory's background in Indian Child Welfare Act/Native American legal work as well as an extensive background in interpersonal familial legal issues makes him an eclectic yet focused fit for those seeking a balanced but assertive legal representative to navigate their legal matters.

Outside of practice, Rory is an avid cyclist and hiker who enjoys backpacking with his match, a high energy border collie named Pasta. Rory also loves playing chess and board games, cooking and working on endless house projects in his 19th century Victorian home.
